Baby, It’s Cold Inside!

When we moved back to my “hometown” where I grew up as a teenager and beyond, my husband and I moved into a house that was not ready for us to live in. Greek Yogurt Banana Loaf

I am in Alaska visiting my daughter, Beth. We had a bunch of organic bananas slightly passed their prime so we began looking for a good recipe for banana bread (my recipes, alas, were thousands of miles away!).  The recipes we found online all called for sour cream which we didn’t have, so we decided to experiment with some Fage Greek yogurt we had in copious quantity.  This turned out so yummy, I had to share! .....
