A Simple Life

I want to live a simple life and my life goals, since I can remember as far back as fifth grade, have been to have a garden plot, a little house with some land, some chickens and a place to make art. Over the years I have lived in a few places that partially met those requirements but now I am in the most wonderful, perfect spot to do ALL those things. Simple Meatloaf in Muffin Tins

The poor meatloaf. Through the years, it has been the brunt of almost as many jokes as fruitcake. When I was a kid and the school lunchroom was serving up meatloaf, I made sure I brought a sack lunch! I come from a family filled with perfectionists. We try to do things thoughtfully and presentation is EVERYTHING.
